Cape Fear Cams builds complete installed HEMI packages—not a box of parts and not a tune-only shortcut. The correct non-MDS hardware, installation labor, HP Tuners credits and custom tuning are planned together for the vehicle.
These starting packages cover the two HEMI ranges currently documented for online quoting. Final fitment, engine condition, cam choice, supporting modifications and exact parts are confirmed by VIN before anything is ordered.
For supported Dodge, Ram, Chrysler and Jeep 5.7 HEMI applications.
For supported later 5.7 HEMI applications using MDS and variable cam timing.
Additional HEMI years, engines, cam combinations and detailed build options are being added.
A HEMI tick or misfire does not automatically prove an MDS lifter failed. Exhaust leaks, valvetrain wear and other problems can sound similar. Cape Fear Cams reviews the symptoms, scan data and engine condition first. When the cam and MDS lifters are the problem, the complete package replaces the matched failure-prone system instead of patching one cylinder.
Advanced scan data, misfire information, inspection and platform experience help separate an internal failure from an exhaust, electrical or calibration problem.
The lifters, camshaft, timing components, MDS block-off hardware, gaskets and new one-time-use fasteners are selected to work together.
Jason handles the build and calibration. MDS, VVT, airflow, torque management, idle and transmission behavior are matched to the finished vehicle.
Text the year, model, engine, VIN, current symptoms and modifications. A parts deposit is required to schedule, parts must be paid before ordering, and the remaining labor and tuning balance is due when the completed vehicle is picked up.
